Nothing beats home cooked food, especially by your loved one. These are my favorites, and dessert is yet to come! Now that's why we need more holidays.

2 days into 4 days of oncall over the Easter break. Tired, exhausted. It would be nice if going home and sleep mean "switching off", the reality however, is that I need to rush back to the hospital if an acute stroke patient comes in - over this 96 hours period.
