KL, Sandakan and the beautiful Lankayan island all in about 2 weeks. The contrast between these places is stark - from a city dotted with mega shopping malls to the old capital of British North Borneo, and finally a tranquil island 1.5hr speed boat ride from the mainland where you can see turtle nesting at night.


We had heaps of fun. Coming back to work indeed was quite depressing. I can't help asking myself: "What am I striving for?". I am working on the answer and I think I'm getting there. I encourage you to do the same.
