The state of General Practice is pretty dire everywhere. It doesn't help when as a student, you were repeatly asked by your GP mentors "why would anyone want to be a doctor?!"
Doctors come in all sorts. I would like to think there must be at least "some" of us, who joined this profession because we care and we can. Accepting the fact that the some indeed became doctors just because they can.
