a messy and complicated issue

Men do read women magazines. In the gym, waiting rooms and, whilst waiting to have a hair cut.

How refreshing it is, to read the following by the editor of Madison in April 07 edition from across the ditch

"as a working mum with two kids, I am convinced that all modern women are victims of the have-it-all philosophy. A feminist ideal suggested that you could successfully have a career, a relationship and children all at the same time. Nobody, it seems, bothered to fast forward to the impact this kind of grandiose plan would have on women. Perhaps in the fight for choice a few key issues were overlooked? And now here we are, the working mothers are worn out and the childless women are over it. Something has got to give"
