when humanity counts

The median age of patients in Auckland City Hospital's General Medical and Older People's Health wards is around 85. Most junior doctors are in their 20s and 30s.

What an experience must it be, when the older folks have the misfortune of ending up in the hospital.

Memory for MMSE, by this London med student captures the most awkward moments of these encounters beautifully.
